Mark Faulkner - Managing Director
- Over 20 years experience in providing financial planning advice to high net worth individuals
- In 1991 established Faulkner Associates, a FIMBRA registered brokerage offering financial investment advice to high net worth individuals and in particular wealthy South African families invested in the UK
- In 2000 Faulkner Associates merged with Roundhouse financial services LLP, a FSA regulated broker, where he is currently a principal partner and equal shareholder in the combined business
- Mark co-founded, a property company in the UK, which is now one of the largest privately owned property groups investing in council housing in London.
- a Non Executive Director of a £30 million venture capital fund, Octopus Titan VCT 1 and 2. The Fund focuses on providing early stage, development and expansion funding to unquoted companies domiciled in the UK with a typical deal size of £0.5 million to £2 million

Mark Olivier - Advisor to the Board
- A Director of companies. providing corporate finance and strategic advice to both UK and South African companies since 1994.
- Currently Chairman of Trellidor (largest physical barrier security business in Africa) and Rockcastle (global real estate company listed on the Mauritian and South African stock exchanges investing in retail properties in Eastern Europe and global REITS). He is also a Non-Executive Director of Greenbay Properties Limited, a listed REIT investing in retail properties in Europe and infrastructure stocks. Prior to the disposal to Vanke he was also a Non Executive Director of a $1bn fund managed by Macquarie and Blackstone investing in retail properties in China.
- Established Hibridge Capital in 2003 and in 2017 sold the business to the current management team.
- Prior to establishing Hibridge Capital, Mark was employed by and a shareholder in Hawkpoint Partners (management buy-out of Natwest Markets' corporate finance business), BoE Limited (on the Executive Committee of the Group's international business based in London) and KPMG (London).
- Whilst at BoE he was part of the senior management team responsible for the establishment and strategic development of a UK based asset management (Chiswell Investment Management) and private banking business with over £2 billion under management. He also managed over £400 million of excess capital for BoE, investing in several debt and private equity opportunities
- Whilst at KPMG, he performed the due diligence in several transactions involving large multi-nationals including a refocus of Lonrho plc's business, the proposed merger between Cookson plc and Johnson Matthey plc and proposed demerger of Hoechst AG's pharmaceuticals business
- Qualified chartered accountant, educated at Michaelhouse in South Africa
